If you are reading this, you probably already know that we are a customer-focused company. You may also know that I am an engineer and a scientist personally affected by injuries that were not treatable by drugs or surgery.  Therefore, producing the best possible technology at a reasonable cost is of paramount importance to me and my business.  And when I make improvements, I am always delighted to be able to share the generated advancements.

As you may know, we use the revenue from our sales to keep developing technologies and improve our current products whenever possible.  Many of the improvements are minute details of manufacturing, an example being the advancement of our tooling and molds to make larger batches with better overall quality.  We have recently been very satisfied with our technology’s  improvements and wish to show our appreciation to our existing customers — many of whom having provided us with reviews and feedback that directly influence our ICES-PEMF technology’s development — with tangible benefits. 

Since we manufacture our products in-house, we have been able to make comprehensive preparations for potential supply chain disruptions.  We have also improved our methods of in-house product assembly and testing, raising both quality and efficiency while reducing overall cost, and therefore allowing us to happily pass these price reductions on to our existing customers.
